Unify Body & Being

I am needing to create some measures and feedback around the results clients have been having from somatic bodywork - fascial unwinding and holistic pulsing to support rationale for providing this work.

To anyone who has had fascial unwinding or holistic pulsing and is happy to spend a few minutes of your time answering a few questions I could email you - please do pm me or comment below and I can contact you. Your help would be greatly appreciated, and can remain anonymous 🙏

It's that time of year fast approaching where Christmas is looming already and the alluring sounds of summer!

I have had several unexpected bills come my way and with the price of petrol making travel outrageously expensive - I'm finding myself contemplating how to embrace summer in a way that nurtures me mentally, physically, spiritually; without breaking the bank! So the exciting camper trips away may be reduced to smaller more local or nearby places and freedom camping.

What are your plans this Summer and Christmas break?

I would love to gauge the need for bodywork during this time, if any at all, and then decide on some potential opening hours.

This may be helpful for those that have struggled to get in through the year, find the stress of Christmas holidays a bit too much and may need some nervous system regulation support, or just a lush for self-care and love to nurture your body! :)

If this is calling you, please do register your interest :)

This is an amazing men's circle weekend 6-8th November in Muriwai that I know will be incredible to go to.

I've just come away from a 6 day retreat of amazing beautiful men and women, where Dan & Jarrod shown on the video on this page, were at too. Dan & his wife Jenn facilitated the 6 day retreat and I have never experienced such a beautifully authentic duo. This was the most epic transformational retreat I have ever been on & not a manual or whiteboard in site! 🤗

Sharing to you in case it's of interest, or that you may know a brother that may benefit from it or feel called to go 🙏 If not, all good, just putting it out there cos we need more men like this in the world 💓

Hearthkeepers | men's group NZ For men who know there's more — a brotherhood where they come back into their body, face what they've been hiding from, and reclaim a grounded, peaceful power they can give back to the world. Men's group NZ - Man enough to feel.

Good morning!

The main sign is finally back up clearly showing where I am.

With no sign and confusing traffic cones outside my place lately, it's made it confusing for many new clients and even existing clients.
So hopefully this resolves that.

October is booking up and bookings now being made into November and December - I hope to post today or next couple of days with what spaces are left for October.

I'm heading off today on a 6 day Retreat 🤗
https://www.relationshiprising.com/journey-of-the-heart-in-union-retreat-tauhara-centre - I know it's going to be very interesting & somewhat challenging but also absolutely epic!

As this is a very immersive retreat, emails and mobile comms will be limited, but I will respond when I can.

Stay curious, and see you soon 🙏💓

To whom needed to hear these words today 🙏💓

Be gentle with yourself today ❤️
