It was so lovely yesterday during a clients fascial unwinding session. She had been feeling really out of thoughts, lots of upcoming uncertainty around her future and feeling quite flat.

During the session she saw this beautiful dolphin come through with it's smiling cheeky face in her face, telling her that she's safe, she's going to be ok, and to trust in the timings. She felt such a strong sense of calm and assurance come over her, and left feeling uplifted, and like she had a renewed faith 🙏💓 Beautiful outcome :)

May this be the season when things finally begin to make sense🫶🏼🦋💕

Just arrived home from mahi in Taupo. Love that place 🙏💓

The past week has been rather trying on every level, and shown me very much how death and boundaries highlights or amplifys the shadows of a person! 😥

I don't make a habit of telling people what to do, it's not my place or role....but these events affirm to me how important & simple it is just to be a darn good human being!!!
+ never assume because it's almost always wrong - be curious & speak to the person
+ don't stoop to lower levels because someone else does - their ugly behaviour doesn't have to be mirrored & comes from an unhealed place
+ always come from a pure heart when making decisions and engaging with people
+ be honouring because no one is ever below you or above you - we are all living this human experience in all different states and stages with our own life lessons to learn and heal through.

Annnnd hurt people hurt people, so taking accountability for your own healing, I reckon would have to be one of the most important things to do in a lifetime! 🙏💓

Opinions & vent finished! And comes from the heart space of someone who wishes all the ugly and hurt in the world would just stop 🫡🙏💓

Happy Friday!!! The weekend is here, and a little early for me, as I’ve taken today off for some much-needed time away! 😍

This rock sits firmly centred in the sand, with the waves crashing around it, constantly reshaping it. Sometimes they come with real force, other times they gently drift in.

It got me thinking about life, and how important it is to have that solid rock within us — to know who we are at our core, while still being willing to bend, soften and adapt to the ebb n flow of life and whatever gets thrown our way.

Not always needing to fight against the waves. Sometimes allowing ourselves to be shaped by them.

As I drove here, I played The Sea and the tears just started flowing. Not sadness. More like a release. A spiritual little “hello… there you are.” A coming home to myself.

There’s something about these moments that feels almost like being reunited with a romantic lover — that deep sense of peace, curiosity and connection all rolled into one. I love it. 🥰🫠

And my waka (the camper) has become a bit of a portal for that feeling of coming home. Every time I head off in it, something in me seems to exhale.

I guess that’s also what I want my space to be for others.

Wherever you are on your journey, all of you is welcome here. 🙏💓

Love the honesty in this blog post!!! And just another reason why if I purchase cacao, I purchase it from Mamamuti Cacao - she doesn't bu****it, she says it how it is, and manages to weave in parts of her own authentic story while she is at it. A woman and business owner I definitely resonate with.

It's also from the pacific, and I love that it's close to home, and supporting our pacific island neighbours.
