Just an update for everyone that was unaware of my relocation unfortunately things haven’t worked out as simple as I wanted them to lol

Also please advise if you have recently been vaccinated NZARBP have been in touch and have advised for a two week stand down period between your treatment and your vaccination.

The reason for the two week timeframe is to wait for any potential symptoms from the vaccine to subside; not everyone experiences noticeable symptoms after vaccination, but your body will typically have some type of inflammatory response to this and this could be a direct contraindication to performing and obtaining the best results for you.
