A few winter skin tips:
1. A tip for all seasons- keep consistent! Consistency is key. If you are new to skincare then pick 3 things and stay consistent. Once you master cleanse, moisturise, SPF then add in the next step. There’s no point in having a cupboard full of amazing skincare when you aren’t using it consistently. 2. Start within: collagen ( homemade bone broth or collagen supplement w/verisol), a good omega 3 supplement, plenty of fresh seasonal vege and fibre. Water!! Try hot water with a wedge of lemon 🍋 3. Add in extra protection & hydration. Ceramide booster to level up hydration and a peptide booster to lock it in.
