Target tiding! Set a timer and spend 15 minutes decluttering an area of your home. When you want to declutter your mind declutter your surroundings.

Repeat these affirmations or write them in a journal 3 times each and 3 times a day for the month of September ……see where your mindset will take you.

1. I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
2. I believe in the person I am becoming.
3. I love myself unconditionally.

It can be daunting at first- start by sitting in a calm place for 5 minutes. It’s totally normal for your head to be full of chatter, with a little practice you will find you can stay detached from your thoughts
