Early this week I spent the day learning at RPR MyColour Education day and left inspired 🎨 with a few new techniques to bring back to the salon . There's always something more to learn in this industry.
Every day really is a school day!

Okay, not wrong.....but if you're booking lashes and brows separately, you're doubling your trips (and missing how good they look done together).

One appointment, both refreshed, out the door feeling amazing. ✨️

Here's something I see every single winter:

People come in with hair that's noticeably drier, more brittle, and harder to manage than it was in summer - and they're not sure why.
Here's what's happening:
β†’ Cold air outside strips moisture from the hair shaft
β†’ Indoor heating makes it worse - hot, dry air pulls moisture out all day long
β†’ Less hydration overall - we drink less water in winter without realising it
β†’ Hat and scarf friction causes breakage

What helps:
βœ” A proper moisture treatment every 2–3 weeks
βœ” Turning your shower temperature down just a little (I know. I'm sorry. It helps.)
βœ” A good leave-in or detangling product before styling βœ” Protecting ends when you're right in front of heaters

Your hair is working harder in the cooler months, than it does all year. Give it something back.

Save this for later πŸ“Œ

Brow trends have come and gone, and some have stayed with us.

The skinny, over-plucked brows. The bold, blocky brow. The on fleek brows. The laminated, brushed-up look that's been everywhere the last few years.

Right now, the shift is toward soft, diffused and natural.

But here's the thing about trends, they don't know your face. The brow that photographs well on someone else might not suit your features, your age, or how you actually live.

That's why chasing trends may not work for you. Find the shape that works for you, and if it happens to be on trend, that's a bonus.

What brow era are you in right now? Drop it in the comments πŸ‘‡

Something worth knowing before your next lash appointment. 🀍

Your natural lashes shed and grow in a complete cycle, around every 6–8 weeks. At any one time, some lashes are brand new, and some are nearly ready to fall.

This is completely normal. But it does mean that even a perfect set of extensions will naturally thin out over time, which is exactly why timing your fills makes such a difference.

At your appointment it's about planning the right length, weight, and timing for what your natural lashes need.
