It's lemon season! If you've got lemon trees in your garden, make a homemade lemon ginger toddy or salted lemon to keep warm during the cold season.

Ingredients (hot lemon & ginger toddy):
Heaps of lemons
Ginger
And raw sugar
That's all!

If you like spices, you can add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, star anise—anything you like.

For adults:
My secret is to add a bit of vodka or rum to make it fun.

Original tonic juice with mandarins! If you have mandarin trees in your garden, make some for your health. It’s delicious too!

A story of Bimba.

Bimba, a cherished little deer soul, cannot see or hear.

Her eyes, because she can’t see, are incredibly beautiful.
Her heart, because she can’t hear, is incredible pure and clean.

Despite these silent horizons, her curiosity blooms brightly; she yearns to see the world’s wonders and hear its melodies anew.

“I want to see the world!”

She often declares, stirring both anxiety and inspiration in those nearby.

Yet her loved ones hold her in deep, unwavering affection.

Bimba insists on doing everything herself, though the others watch over her with anxious eyes.

As precious as gold, she remains completely unfazed, doing her best, challenging herself and failing, yet never giving up.

With clenched teeth and a strong heart, she dares to dream big.

And when she finally succeeds, whether anyone is nearby or not, she smiles with a brilliance that seems to bless the whole world; a smile that is resilient yet gentle, and full of innocent joy.
