Last week we had our hot water gas system stolen, we are lucky enough to have another salon we could do our clients out of.

So with this and the disruption of sickness this year we are as of this week merging the 2 salons together so we will be permanently working out of Cielo Hair at 424 Pollen street.

This page will still be active so can still message otherwise through the Cielo Hair page. ❤️

Hi all,
Due to covid disruptions, sickness and short staff we will keep working out of our other salon Cielo Hair for the time being.

We currently have a 4 week wait on appts for haircuts and around 6-7 weeks for colours.

We are doing the best we can given the circumstances and apologies for any inconvenience.

If anyone knows someone that's a hairdresser and keen to get back on the salon floor send them our way 😀

I just wanted to introduce myself as the new owner of Envy Hair, My name is Jenna and I moved back to the area 6 years ago after living in Tauranga and Melbourne. I have been hairdressing since 16 so going on 18years.
Hair has always been my passion and love creating new colours to suit each individual client.

Myself and Samantha are working from Envy Hair, fingers crossed we may soon have a new part-time stylist.

We have enjoyed meeting you all, we are slowly getting in touch with clients with bookings as we navigate through getting everyone in we are at this stage booked til the last week in April.

For those of you yet to know, I have come to the decision that I will step back from owning & running Envy Hair
I have a new venture that will work in perfectly with my little family and am so excited for the next journey 🤩
I’m here until March 31st, but then will be passing over to Jenna, and alongside her she will have Samantha working with her, between them they have an amazing amount of knowledge and skill, and will look after you just as well. Anyone with an appointment after the 1st May be subject to wriggling their appointments a little to fit in with the work hours and days etc, please be kind and they will fit you all in ❤️ Jenna’s contact is. 027 2656769
It’s been an amazing journey over the last 5 & a half years, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing!!! I’ve been lucky enough to have employed the most awesome staff, and awesome clients coming through the door on a daily thank you all # # #

Hey Everyone! It’s now time to announce that Nikki is officially on Maternity leave
For some much earned rest ❤️ All the best and be reassured that I’ll post up reports of when these gorgeous 2 bundles arrive 😊

A bit of a side note, as I am still running solo at the moment. I’m booking 4-5 weeks ahead, So my books are closed. please bear with me as I can only do what I can until I can find another hairdresser to join Envy hair! Health and safety is in full swing again, so:

✨please come alone to appointments as we have to limit numbers and keep distancing rules
✨Please message/call to reschedule if you are unwell
✨Please if you can bring a disposable mask so we don’t have to colour your reusable ones

I would just like to take a moment to thank all our amazing and loyal customers 😘 thank you for your ongoing support, patience and laughs and chats when you are in the chair! You are all awesome and we truly appreciate it.
A big apology to everyone who we never got back to from the messages, December was our busiest by far, and with only the 2 of us, we couldn’t answe the phone as it would have caused major disruptions and by the end of our long days, there would be so many messages that we could get back to as we didn’t have the free space. Thank you for trying us tho! We open back up on the 10th of jan, and will reply to any news messages from the 5th!
Hopefully the new year will bring us another staff member to share the load 🤞🏻
