I know it's been a long time now since I've seen most of you, not far off a year.... and I wouldn't usually have used my business page to do this... however...

My dearest friends have recently suffered the most tragic loss. Their beautiful girl Luna was taken from them suddenly, leaving behind her incredible parents, her older brother Arlo, and her twin sister Zoë.

I would have spoken to many of you about these friends and their beautiful babies, some of you asked about them every time I saw you. They are such a big part of my life and many of you knew that.

They are trying to navigate through this traumatic time and figure out what there next step is... and to do this they need time... time to be able to figure things out without worrying about financial pressures... if anyone can help them by offering a Koha to give them more time to navigate it would be truly appreciated.

I hope you're all doing well 🌻

I wouldn't usually use this platform to fundraise, and I've thought a lot about whether I wanted to or not.

But this is a cause that sits really close to my heart, with having a family member I hold dear to my heart fighting the big fight, as well as a small handful of my beautiful clients also fighting or having fought the big fight I thought I would lay it out there for you all incase you'd like to support the cause too.

Quinn signed up to do relay for life a couple of months ago, and after breaking his foot a little over a month ago we weren't sure if he was going to be able to go ahead with it... but after running around with his brothers and his friends we know he can go ahead and do this too!!

Cancer diagnosis is unbelievably high in New Zealand with around 25,000 people being diagnosed every year. And if we can assist in funding to help treat this awful disease we will do all we can!

Quinn Piesse - Relay for Life Relay for Life - Do something remarkable and get involved today!

After a good 6-8 months of trying to figure out what I want to do and trying to convince myself that things will change,
I have realised it's less about what I want, and more about what I need to do that is important right now.

I have made the decision with my lovely hubby's support, that it's time to take a step back from my hairdressing for a while and put all of my energy into my family instead of only having half of the energy to offer them.

It has not been an easy decision to make, and I know it will be hard for a lot of you, as you've all put so much of your trust in to myself and my scissors/paint brush.

I will be finishing up at the end of March, so for some of you, there are still a couple of appointments to go! I am happy to discuss other salon options with you when you are in for those appointments.

I can't express in words how grateful I am to you all for the great yarns, the fun times, and the personal support over various times throughout my journey.
This isn't a forever thing, but it definitely is something that's needed right now.

I appreciate your support immensely!
