ITS NOVEMBER and I’m pretty sure there are about 4 days between November and Christmas 🎃🤪🎄

I have 7 weeks left in the Salon before I close to spend some time at home with our family and friends over the Christmas break.

I have lots of you booked in already and can’t wait to see you all. The view from up here is amazing in summer and the driveway is a lot nicer too 😅

Spring time, Trim time!!!!!

3 reasons why you shouldn’t wait to cut your hair: Trimming your hair actually encourages hair growth. It may sound counter-intuitive, but it is recommended to get your hair trimmed every 4 months. 1️⃣ it will start looking see through and less full: the appearance of broken and split-ends not only damages the look and feel of your hair it also contributes to the appearance of shorter hairs and thinner ‘see-through’ ends. 2️⃣ it will continue to break: split ends split ‘break’ higher up than if you were to just trim them before they became ‘split ends’ and more length may need to be cut if you wait too long. 3️⃣ it will start to tangle: Freshly cut ends also help to de-tangle your hair. When your hair is damaged it is harder to maintain and handle. When you look at split ends under a microscope they are all raised and start intertwining with each other which is why your ends are so tangled. Avoid unnecessary breakage by trimming those split ends.
