Hi Community! This weekend we are having our annual Kowhai Art and Craft Open Days! If you have ever thought about trying your hand at something new and creative; or about getting involved with wonderful folks in the local community - come on down this Friday or Saturday between 10am and 2pm. We will have a number of demonstrations from our artists in different craft genres. We will have art on display and even have some pieces for sale! If you're lucky - you may even get a cuppa and something good to eat!đŸ˜„

2026 marks the 50th year that Kowhai Art and Craft members have been creating in our community! To celebrate, our potters were invited to create a piece each for a commemorative Totem Pole. This is what has emerged from their collective talent and is now sitting pride of place in the KAC garden. Come and have a look!
