Success Health Ltd is a well-established massage therapy provider based in Wellington. Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for three qualified and motivated massage therapists to join our friendly and busy team.
What We Offer:
• $27–$30 per hour
• Minimum 30 hours per week
• Supportive, client-focused work environment
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience
OR
A Level 4 (or higher) qualification in massage therapy or related field
• Availability to work weekends
• A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong commitment to health and safety
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients regarding their medical history, stress levels, and areas of concern
• Assess clients' physical condition, including joint and soft tissue function
• Develop tailored treatment plans using appropriate massage techniques
• Advise clients on post-treatment care such as stretching or relaxation methods
• Perform massages to promote relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing
• May use additional methods such as heat therapy, essential oils, or compresses
• Keep accurate and detailed client records
