December is officially my busiest month of the year — fully booked, with a growing waitlist of lovely ladies hoping to squeeze in before Christmas.
Because of this, I kindly ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late-notice cancellations and no-shows have a big impact this time of year…

💫 And it makes an already busy month even more challenging

I appreciate every one of you and thank you for understanding how important your appointment times are, especially in December.

Lash extensions are beautiful, but they’re not for everyone, and that’s okay! Here are a few honest things I always want clients to know: 🌺Lashes aren’t one-size-fits-all
Your natural lash health, lifestyle, and expectations all play a role in whether extensions are right for you. 🌺I can’t create volume lashes on weak, sparse or damaged lashes, and I won’t risk your lash health trying. Every set is tailored to what your lashes can safely support.
🌺It takes time
Lash appointments aren’t quick fixes, you’ll be lying down with your eyes shut for 2 hours. Some clients find that relaxing, but it’s not for everyone, especially if you struggle with stillness or have a tight schedule. 🌺Aftercare is everything
If you don’t look after your lashes, they won’t last.
Picking, sleeping on your face, skipping cleans, using the wrong products all adds up. If you’re not willing to follow proper aftercare, you’ll just waste your money. 🌺Infills are a commitment
To keep your lashes looking fresh, you’ll need infills every 2-3 weeks, and yes, that means regular appointments and ongoing costs, otherwise you’ll be paying for a full set each time if you’re not regular enough.
It’s totally fine if you only want them for a holiday or special event, but if you’re thinking long-term, know that lash extensions are a commitment.

Let’s talk lash hygiene!
Dirty lashes can lead to bigger problems, like infections! An infection can mean saying goodbye to your beautiful lash extensions. If you’ve ever woken up with red, itchy eyes or those pesky eye crusties.. it might be because the demodex mites were hard at work trying to clean up your lash line!
Lash extensions catch dirt, oil, dead skin and bacteria every single day. If you are not cleaning them properly, this build up can lead to infection, poor retention, lash mites and irritation. Just a reminder lash extensions WILL NOT stick to dirty lashes, causing bad retention. Please ladies clean your lashes and come to your appointment with clean lashes (no makeup). Regular cleaning is key to maintain those gorgeous lashes and preventing any unwanted surprises.
