Day 30 of 365 ✨️

Today has been the first suuuuper relaxed day I've had so far. I slept in. Got up after 8am, went to the loo, came back, slept most of the day. Woke up around 5pm, got up to eat, and had my first coffee of the day ☕️

Zero energy, didn't even do my usual chittychats vid on my BeautyByTeri insty page, hence this post.

Thank goodness today was a Stat for me... I'd've been a write off if I went to work lol, so I obviously needed to rest and sleep today 😴

A friend said this is what self-care looks like - so I'll take it lol... Might even go to back bed now hahaha 😉

Well, I better finish my day at mahi and think about how I'm going to condense all the things lol...

If you watched my LIVE this morning of me putting it on, it looked so intense and very 80's lol, but it's all about the lighting 🤩

In natural light it's very soft, but when applying infront of ring lights, it's very intense - and I love it either way lol.
