did you know your lashes are constantly shedding + regrowing? 👀✨
they go through 3 phases:
🌱 anagen (growth): lash is actively growing
🔄 catagen (transition): growth pauses, lash gets ready to rest
😴 telogen (resting): lash chills until it sheds + makes room for a baby lash

we naturally lose 2–5 lashes a day (up to 35 a week!) so shedding is totally normal. this is also why lash extensions need infills every 2–3 weeks — your lashes are literally on their own little schedule 💁🏻‍♀️
