Did you know one of our buildings is the original Mercury Bay School, built all the way back in 1865?

But its journey to The Lost Spring is a story in itself.
The entire building was carefully moved 500 metres across open fields using four trucks to reach its new home – where it still stands today.

We are looking for an experienced Bar Person to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy creating great cocktails, and love providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
We are looking for:
• Experience in cocktail preparation and bar service
• Previous bar and hospitality experience
• Current LCQ required
• Manager’s Licence preferred but not essential
• Weekend availability – open to close
• Great customer service skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work well as part of a busy team
This is a permanent position for someone who is reliable, experienced, and ready to become part of our team.
