Republic Act No. 11166, or the Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act of 2018, strengthens the national response to HIV/AIDS by ensuring access to services, reducing stigma, and protecting human rights. Key provisions include lowering the age of consent for HIV testing to 15, prohibiting discrimination, and strengthening the Philippine National AIDS Council (PNAC).

We can't judge this child, especially, we don't know how he got infected.
A 15-year-old resident of Bacolod is the youngest HIV patient in the city. Active cases reached over 1,700.
