Make Up by Anne Kimberly

Some of you here might have already seen this post and would try to visit the page so I decided to post it here not to taint my name even more but to share my apologies and my side since this will hugely affect my business.

I don’t know the name of the recipient who posted this but I’m sorry if you ever experienced this from my service. Know that this will serve as a constructive criticism and I will keep this as a lesson for life.

It is true that I always ask for the clients wants or inspos and I will do my best to do it but asking for a change if you did not like the outcome is always open to me. I am always open for suggestions or anything.

I also always do a 3-4 step skin prep according to your skintype to make sure the makeup will keep intact but our skins differ and might not work for everyone. We do have a lot of reviews though that their makeups lasted until the night and they had hard time removing it because ang ganda and they had to use a lot of makeup removers before it was removed completely.

I know that not everyone will really like you and that’s perfectly okay. But it is important to check yourself as well for mistakes and take accountability for it.

I am still thankful to my loyal clients for always rebooking my service and recommends me and to those who gatekeeps as well hahaha.

To future clients naman po, I hope that you will still trust me and I promise to give you magic.

I can just shut up naman po talaga and let this pass pero I think I am obliged to handle this.
