Gentle Reminder: 🤍

Rest if you must, but never quit.
Taking a break doesn't mean giving up. Pause, breathe, regain your strength, and keep moving forward. Every step, no matter how small, is still progress. 🌿

Now it's a wrap! 🤍

Investing in leaders is investing in the future of the Church.

Grateful to be part of the Leadership and Psychology Training for church leaders across NEMM, headed by Pastor Lonie Cena, Ministerial Director.

This meaningful gathering equipped leaders with practical knowledge and biblical insights on the impact of burnout among church leaders, neurotransmitters and mental well-being, understanding human behavior during meetings, emotional regulation, conflict and crisis management, and embracing the Church as a Compassion Center.

It was a blessing to welcome leaders from different districts—from Butuan City to Dinagat Island—who came with hearts ready to learn, grow, and serve God's people with greater wisdom, compassion, and resilience.

May the lessons learned continue to strengthen every leader as they faithfully shepherd their churches and communities.
To God be all the glory! 🙏

Every group activity becomes a core memory because collaboration turns simple moments into meaningful experiences. Working together teaches us how to listen, support, and grow with one another.

“The Psychology of Leadership,” emphasizing that effective leadership in the church begins with self-awareness and personal growth. Knowing more about yourself — your strengths, weaknesses, emotions, and behavior — helps leaders communicate better, handle responsibilities wisely, and practice healthy conflict management within the ministry. As leaders grow in emotional and spiritual maturity, they become more capable of resolving misunderstandings with humility, wisdom, and compassion, reflecting Christ-like leadership in serving God and His people. 🤍
