Sometimes life gives you small but funny coincidences. 😄
Today while I was watching a training video about Zendesk, I noticed something that made me smile. In the example shown in the system, the customer’s name was “Julie.” What a coincidence!
It felt like the training was talking directly to me. 😅
Right now, I’m spending some of my time upskilling and learning different CRM platforms like Zendesk. I believe learning new tools and improving our skills is important, especially when you’re preparing for new opportunities.
The job market is competitive, and the best thing we can do is continue learning and growing.
So while I’m currently looking for new opportunities, I’m also investing time in improving my knowledge and exploring systems that many companies use for customer support and operations.
Who knows? Maybe that little “Julie” in the training video was a small sign that I’m on the right path. 🙂
Always learning. Always improving. 🚀
