This is really true. I feel that the only thing that the family wants is the apology from the coaching staff and the university... they had apologize, yes, but not in front of the parents and the family. They just apologized to the public. And i think, Ateneo failed to do this. They have really failed. It would have made a different impact if during the Day 1 of the incident, they have faced the parents and asked for apology...
