Father, thank You for inviting me to remain in You. I confess that there are times when I try to live by my own strength. I try to solve my own problems, carry my own burdens, and figure out my own future. But today, I am reminded that apart from You, I can do nothing. Teach me to abide. Teach me to remain. Help me not to seek You only when I am hurting or when I need an answer, but to desire Your presence every day. Let my life be deeply rooted in Jesus. May Your Spirit produce in me the fruit that brings glory to Your name. Make me more like Christ in my marriage, my family, my relationships, my ministry, and every area of my life. Keep me close to the Vine. In Jesus name, amen.

"If you love Me, obey My commandments." John 14:15 (NLT)
------------
This passage strikes me as something so personal... that becoming an understanding wife begins with becoming an obedient disciple.
Before I can love my husband well, I must first love Christ wholeheartedly. As I obey Him, the Holy Spirit shapes my attitudes, my words, and my responses.
The more closely I walk with Jesus, the more His love naturally overflows into my marriage and my family.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ:
1. Is there an area where God is calling me to obey Him more fully?
2. Do I view obedience as a burden or as an expression of my love for Christ??
3. How has the Holy Spirit been helping me grow during this journey?
4. Am I resting in Christ's peace, or allowing circumstances to steal it?
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ:
Father, thank You for loving me first. Help me to respond to Your love through joyful obedience. Thank You for giving me the Holy Spirit to guide, strengthen, and comfort me each day. When obedience is difficult, remind me that You are always with me. Fill my heart with the peace that only Jesus can give, and let my life reflect my love for You. Teach me to honor You in my marriage, my family, my work, and every area of my life. In Jesus name, amen.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take." Proverbs 3:5โ6 (NLT)
------------
The book of Proverbs is a collection of wisdom, much of it written by King Solomon to instruct his son in living a life that honors God.
In this passage, Solomon reminds us that true wisdom begins with trusting God rather than relying solely on our own understanding.
There will be moments when life doesn't make sense.
There will be prayers that seem unanswered.
There will be roads we never expected to walk.
Yet God's invitation remains the same: Trust Me.
As I reflected on today's passage, I realized that surrender is not a one-time decision. It is a daily choice.
Every morning, I can choose to place my plans, fears, expectations, and unanswered questions into God's hands.
Trust doesn't remove uncertainty. It reminds me that even when I cannot see the road ahead, the One leading me never loses His way.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ:
1. Is there an area of my life where I am leaning more on my own understanding than on God's wisdom?
2. What fears or plans do I need to surrender to the Lord today?
3. How have I seen God's faithfulness in past seasons of waiting?
4. What would trusting God wholeheartedly look like in my current season?
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ:
Father, thank You for being trustworthy in every season. Forgive me for the times I have leaned on my own understanding instead of seeking Your wisdom. Today I surrender my plans, my fears, my marriage, my family, and my future into Your hands. Teach me to trust You even when I cannot see what lies ahead. Direct my steps according to Your perfect will, and give me the peace that comes from knowing You are leading me. In Jesus name, amen.

๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐: Luke 16:10โ13
"If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones..." Luke 16:10 (NLT)
------------
Jesus is teaching His disciples about stewardship. Although the immediate context includes the wise use of money and earthly resources, the principle reaches much further.
God is interested in our faithfulness. Before entrusting someone with greater responsibility, He looks at how they handle what has already been placed in their hands.
The Kingdom of God values faithfulness more than prominence.
1. Faithfulness Begins with the Small Things
Sometimes we think our greatest calling is still ahead.
We tell ourselves, "When my circumstances improve...", "When I have more time...", "When God opens another door...", "Then I'll serve Him fully."
But Jesus teaches the opposite. Faithfulness begins today. In today's conversations. Today's responsibilities.
Today's opportunities to love, forgive, serve, and obey. Every ordinary act of obedience matters to God.
2. Don't Despise Your Present Season
Waiting seasons can tempt us to believe that life is on hold. But God never wastes a season.
* David served as a shepherd before becoming king.
* Joseph faithfully served in prison before leading Egypt.
* Ruth faithfully gleaned in the fields before becoming part of God's redemptive story.
The hidden seasons were not interruptions. They were preparation.
Your present season is not insignificant. It is part of God's shaping process.
3. Faithfulness Is Worship
Sometimes we think worship happens only during church services. But every act of obedience offered to God is worship.
When you choose kindness instead of harshness... When you pray instead of worrying... When you forgive instead of holding bitterness... When you faithfully care for your family... You are worshiping God.
Faithfulness is one of the quietest, yet most beautiful, expressions of love for Him.
------------
As I reflected on today's passage, I realized that I don't have to wait for the next season to honor God. I can glorify Him right where He has placed me.
Whether my prayers are answered today or months from now... Whether my circumstances change quickly or slowly... I want to be found faithful.
God is not asking me to control the future. He is asking me to trust Him with today.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ:
1. What has God entrusted to me in this present season?
2. Am I faithfully serving Him where I am, or constantly longing for what's next?
3. In what "small thing" is God inviting me to be faithful today?
4. How can I worship God through ordinary obedience this week?
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ:
Father, thank You for reminding me that faithfulness matters to You. Help me not to overlook the opportunities You have given me today while waiting for tomorrow. Teach me to serve You wholeheartedly in every season, whether seen or unseen. Strengthen me to remain faithful in the little things, knowing that You see every act of obedience. May my life bring glory to You, not because of great accomplishments, but because of a heart that continually says, "Yes, Lord." In Jesus name, amen.

------------
As I reflected on today's passage, I realized that waiting is not wasted time. It is often God's workshop. There are prayers I long to see answered. There are situations I wish would change.
But while I wait, God is patiently forming endurance, character, and hope within me.
Instead of asking only, "Lord, when will this change?"
I also want to ask, "Lord, who are You shaping me to become while I wait?"
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ:
1. What situation am I currently waiting on God for?
2. How has God been strengthening my character through this season?
3. Am I placing my hope in a specific outcome, or in God's faithfulness?
4. How can I encourage someone else who is also waiting on the Lord?
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ:
Father, thank You that my hope is secure in You. Waiting is not easy, but I trust that You are working even when I cannot see it. Build endurance in me, shape my character, and deepen my hope in Christ. Help me not to become discouraged by delays, but to remember that Your timing is perfect. ------------
Peter asks Jesus a question that many of us have wondered: "Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?"
In Jewish tradition, forgiving someone three times was often considered generous. Peter probably thought he was being exceptionally gracious by suggesting seven.
But Jesus responds: "Not seven times, but seventy times seven."
Jesus isn't giving us a mathematical limit. He's teaching that forgiveness is to become a way of life for those who have experienced God's mercy.
To explain this, He tells the Parable of the Unforgiving Servant.
A servant owes the king an impossible debtโone he could never repay. The king, moved with compassion, forgives the entire debt.
Yet that same servant refuses to forgive someone who owes him a much smaller amount.
The contrast is clear.
When we truly understand the greatness of God's forgiveness toward us, it changes the way we forgive others.
1. We Forgive Because We Have Been Forgiven
Jesus doesn't minimize the reality of being hurt.
The servant really was owed money.
Likewise, when someone wounds us, the pain is real.
But Jesus points us to a greater reality: We have received immeasurable mercy from God.
Every act of forgiveness begins at the foot of the cross.
2. Forgiveness Is Not the Same as Saying the Wrong Was Right
This is important. Forgiveness is not pretending that nothing happened. It is not denying pain. It is not removing wisdom or healthy boundaries when they are needed.
Forgiveness means releasing the desire for personal revenge and entrusting justice to God.
It says, "Lord, You are the righteous Judge. I release this into Your hands."
3. Forgiveness is Often a Process
Sometimes forgiveness happens quickly. Other times, especially after deep wounds, it is a journey.
There may be days when we need to return to God and say, "Lord, I choose again to surrender this hurt to You."
That doesn't mean our previous forgiveness wasn't genuine. It means we are continuing to walk in the freedom Christ offers.
----------
๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
As I reflected on today's passage, I realized that forgiveness is one of the clearest ways we reflect the gospel.
Christ forgave me when I could never repay my debt. How can I withhold forgiveness from others when I have received such amazing grace?
Forgiveness doesn't erase wisdom. It doesn't deny justice. But it frees my heart from becoming imprisoned by bitterness.
As I continue to grow as an understanding wife, I want my heart to become a place where grace triumphs over resentment.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ:
1. Is there someone I need to forgive today?
2. Have I been holding on to an offense that God is asking me to release?
3. How does remembering Christ's forgiveness help me forgive others?
4. What would it look like to choose grace in a difficult relationship this week?
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ:
Father, thank You for the immeasurable forgiveness You have given me through Jesus Christ. I confess that forgiving others is not always easy. Heal the places in my heart that still carry pain. Teach me to extend the same grace that I have received from You. Guard me from bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. Help me walk in the freedom that comes from entrusting justice to You. May my life reflect the mercy You have so generously shown me. In Jesus name, amen.

------------
Our future is not determined by how uncertain our circumstances feel, but by the faithfulness of the God who already stands in our tomorrow.
God knows every part of usโour thoughts, fears, desires, and even the emotions we struggle to express. When people misunderstand us, we don't have to fight for our identity because our worth is already secure in the One who knows us completely.
Psalm 139 reminds us that before we ask God to change our circumstances, we can first invite Him to search our hearts and continue His transforming work within us. As He heals us, He also gives us the wisdom to love others without losing our identity in Christ.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ:

4. Is there anything in my heart that I need to surrender to the Lord today?
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ:
Father, thank You for knowing me completely and loving me perfectly. You see my joys, my fears, my tears, and even my silent prayers. Search my heart and reveal anything that does not honor You or draws me away from You. Continue to shape me into a woman who reflects Christ. 1. In what area do I feel weary today?
2. Have I been relying on my own strength or God's?
3. What does "waiting on the Lord" look like in my current season?
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ:
Father, thank You that You never grow tired or weary. There are days when I feel emotionally drained and uncertain, but You remain faithful. Today I surrender my weakness to You. Teach me to wait on You with hope, not with despair. Renew my strength for the responsibilities You've entrusted to meโas Your daughter, as a wife, as a mother, and as a servant. Help me to keep walking faithfully, trusting that You will sustain me every step of the way. In Jesus name, Amen.
