Every time I stand in front of my fellow teachers, I still get nervous. I may look confident on the outside, but they never knew how much fear I carried every time I stood in front of them. There is always that quiet question in my mind: "Am I really in the position to be a resource speaker? Am I capable enough?"
Despite those doubts, I keep showing up.
What keeps me going is the reminder that, at the end of the day, it is between me and God. He is the One I am accountable to. As long as I prepare well, study sincerely, and give my very best, I know I have fulfilled my responsibility. My best may not look as polished as someone with a higher position or greater experience, but it is the best I can genuinely offer.
Every opportunity to share is also an opportunity to learn, grow, and serve. If even one person gains something valuable from what I share, then the moment is already worthwhile. So I will continue to say yes whenever God opens a door. I may still feel nervous, but I will never let fear have the final word. With God's grace, I will keep learning, keep improving, and keep giving my best

I will remain hopeful that someday you will realize that, although choosing to do what is right is often uncomfortable and difficult, it is what builds a stronger character. The easy path may offer temporary comfort, but the right path shapes your integrity, strengthens your values, and prepares you to become the person you are meant to be. My hope is that one day, you will choose what is right—not because it is easy, but because it is right.
