HIRING: Virtual Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic Inquiries)

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle customer inquiries for our aesthetic business.

Responsibilities:
• Answer aesthetic treatment inquiries professionally
• Respond to leads promptly via chat/messages
• Follow up with potential clients
• Help convert inquiries into bookings
• Maintain warm, premium customer service

Requirements:
• Experience in the aesthetic/beauty/wellness industry is a must
• Knows common aesthetic treatments (Botox, HIFU, facials, slimming, injectables, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Sales-minded and good at converting inquiries
•
Organized, responsive, and reliable
• Experience with CRM/chat support is a plus
