I went home just to spend time with my Team Heart Dumaguete—because taking care of a team means making them feel that they are seen, valued, and never forgotten.
Tomorrow, I’ll travel back to Cebu again. Nakakapagod? Yes. But when you know why you lead and who you lead for, the effort becomes worth it.
You don’t build a strong team through instructions alone.
You build it through presence, connection, and genuine care.
