Hard gel, builder gel or BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is usually applied over the natural nail. It can help reinforce thin, weak, or flexible natural nails while allowing them to grow longer.
Unlike extensions, a structured manicure generally doesn’t add significant length; it enhances the natural nail.
