I understand that not everyone may be comfortable with doing home service, and that’s completely valid. However, I believe we should also remember that we are going to the client’s home to provide a service—not to judge, criticize, or categorize their home based on its smell, appearance, or condition.

As professionals, we can always choose to decline a booking or politely suggest a studio setup if the environment is not suitable for us. But publicly shaming or making assumptions about a client’s home can come across as disrespectful.

At the end of the day, professionalism is also about respecting our clients and their personal spaces, regardless of their circumstances. We can set our boundaries without putting someone else down. 🤍
