The Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) officially commenced at the CvSU Administration Building at 0800H, highlighting the discipline, unity, and preparedness of the participating cadets and cadettes. During the arrival honors, Chairman 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐕𝐈𝐑𝐆𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐎 𝐂 𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐒 𝐉𝐑 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 and RAATI Team were formally received, signifying the official opening of the inspection. A Commandant briefing was also conducted by the 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐑𝐔𝐁𝐄𝐍 𝐒 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐃, 𝐐𝐌𝐒 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), together with the officers, during which discussions regarding previous ROTC activities, current updates, and the flow of the inspection proper were tackled before the activities officially proceeded.

The activity was conducted with the assistance of the RAATI Inspection Team, composed of 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐌𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐊𝐊𝐀 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐙 𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐒 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 as Inspector/Staff for Administration, who also supervised and conducted the Administrative Inspection. 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍 𝐒 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐙 (𝐐𝐌𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 served as Inspector/Staff for Logistics, while 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐀 𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐒 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 acted as Inspector/Staff for Training. 𝟏𝐋𝐓 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐀 (𝐍𝐂) served as Inspector/Staff for Medical. Also present were 𝐓𝐒𝐆 𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐍𝐎 (𝐌𝐈) 𝐏𝐀 as Inspector for Comprehensive Examination; 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐍 𝐈 𝐑𝐔𝐁𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐒 (𝐌𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 and 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐌 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐋 𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐙𝐀 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 as Inspectors for Drills and Ceremonies; and 𝐏𝐅𝐂 𝐉𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐀 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 as Photographer.

The official program commenced at the CvSU Grandstand, where 𝐂/𝐏𝐯𝐭 𝐉𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐨 rendered an invocation song entitled “Lilim.” This was followed by the opening remarks delivered by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, 𝐃𝐑. 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐌. 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐎 Thereafter, the turnover and assumption of command were formally conducted, signifying the official assumption of command and control of the activity by the RAATI Team.

At exactly 0930H at the CvSU Oval Field, 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐍 𝐈 𝐑𝐔𝐁𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐒 (𝐌𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 and 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐌 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐋 𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐙𝐀 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 led the Battalion Ceremonies, where proper marching, alignment, and ex*****on of basic commands were observed. Simultaneously, Inspection of Ranks and Company Drill activities were conducted. At exactly 1000H, 𝐓𝐒𝐆 𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐍𝐎 (𝐌𝐈) 𝐏𝐀 administered the Theoretical Examination in an orderly and disciplined manner and 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐌𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐊𝐊𝐀 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐙 𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐒 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 proceed to the Admin Inspection to assess the knowledge, understanding, and preparedness regarding military procedures, assets, and related topics.

At 1050H, 𝟏𝐋𝐓 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐀 (𝐍𝐂) inspected the MEDICS presentation at the Oval, carefully observing the entire rescue simulation from the car crash scenario up to patient treatment and transfer procedures. The team demonstrated proper ex*****on of CPR, stretcher handling, triage procedures, gauze application, patient assessment, and area security. Due to their outstanding performance, the team was awarded a perfect score.

Meanwhile, at exactly 1300H, 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐀 𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐒 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 conducted the DRRO Map Reading and Comprehensive Examination. He personally reviewed the outputs of each group, listened to their explanations, and provided constructive feedback to improve navigation and plotting skills. The DRRO Company was properly dismissed at exactly 1211H.

Assembly and Disassembly of the M16 rifle was also conducted, wherein cadets exerted their full effort to break the fastest recorded time in assembling and disassembling the rifle. The Small Unit Tactics (SUT) activity was likewise showcased, demonstrating combat-related skills such as formations, patrolling, ambushes, and fire-and-movement techniques. Participants prepared for the event by wearing ghillie suits, applying camouflage face paint, conducting meetings, and performing last-minute rehearsals before officially presenting their performance, which concluded with the instructor’s evaluation and insights.

At last, the 𝐂𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 - 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 scores a 𝟗𝟕.𝟎𝟕% for the 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Here are the official guidelines for the proper attire.
● Neat bun/boknay. Use hair clips and gel for bangs and short hair. Hair color must be black.
● Clean haircut for male.
● Plain round neck t-shirt. For females, kindly wear sando underneath.
● Maong pants (ripped jeans and baggy pants are not allowed)
● Black garrison belt with silver buckle
● White socks and rubber shoes
● No makeup and accessories
● Clean and cut nails

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: Proper bearing must be observed by all, specifically RAATI participants. An inspection will be conducted before entering the parade ground.
