Our BREAK UP GRACEFULLY – Last Quarter Retreat 2026 at Ilaya Retreat Spa was truly a success! ❤️
We came together as strangers, friends, and fellow travelers in this journey called LIFE, carrying our own stories, emotional burdens, and experiences. Through meditation, reflection, meaningful conversations, and sacred rituals, we created a space for healing, forgiveness, and transformation.
One of the greatest realizations from this retreat is that breaking up is not always about ending a relationship with someone. Sometimes, it is about breaking up with our fears, guilt, resentment, limiting beliefs, and the old version of ourselves that no longer serves our highest good.
We learned that letting go does not mean forgetting. It means remembering without carrying the pain, forgiving without conditions, and choosing PEACE over suffering.
🙏 My heartfelt gratitude to all our wonderful participants who courageously opened their hearts, trusted the process, and embraced this journey of self-discovery. Your presence made this retreat truly meaningful and memorable.
As we close this chapter, may we continue to choose LOVE over fear, FORGIVENESS over resentment, and PEACE over conflict.
