HOW TO TAKE DIANNE CONTRACEPTIVE-HORMONAL PILLS?

1. Sa isang pack ng pills, mayroong 21 tablets. May arrow po sa pagitan ng mga ito at may mga DAYS sa tapat. Bakit? Bilang guide sa pag-inom natin. Kung mag-start ka nang Tuesday, sundan mo ang arrow to the day next to it - Wednesday. Bakit 21 lang? 21 days ka lang iinom at rest days mo ang 7 days, equaling to 28 days na projected na haba ng mestrual cycle natin.

2. Kailan sinisimulan ang pag-inom nito? Recommended na sa unang araw ng mens magsimulang mag-take nito. Dahil ito ang Day 1 ng ating Menstrual Cycle. Recommended rin na sa gabi ito inumin at sa parehong oras din. Halimbawa 8pm ka every night magte-take nito.

3. Missed pills - kung nakalimutan mong uminom on a particular 8pm, kailangang makainom ka the next day until 8am. Kung twice ka nakalimot, discard the pills. Umulit ka na lang the next menstrual cycle. Kaya para hindi sayang ang pera, wag kalimutan. Nag-aalarm ako nang 8pm para di ako nakakalimot.

4. After ng 21 days ng pag-take at 7 days na rest (28 days), kailan dapat sunod na inumin ang new pack? After ng 28th day, considered na Day1 uli ng menstrual cycle. Meron ka man o wala, you need to take the first pill of the new pack. Lalo na kung nag-start ka pa lang i-correct ang cycle mo.

5. Ano ang effects ng Diane? Since it is an ANTI-ANDROGEN PILL, papalitan nito ang Androgen hormone sa system natin ng female hormones na kailangan natin as a biologial female. Case to case basis po ito.
