Please be reminded that the deadline for application for the AHEAD Grant is today, July 7, 2026.

For those who have already applied please check your AHEAD application portal and your registered email address regularly. Some applicants have been requested to revise or update portions of their submitted application or supporting documents.

If you received a revision request, kindly complete the required corrections and resubmit today to avoid delays in the evaluation of your application.

We encourage all applicants to monitor their portal and email frequently for important updates and further instructions.

They see the title "Doctor," but they don’t always see the sleepless nights, the tears shed over a difficult case, or the overwhelming weight of holding a life in your hands. They don’t see the moments you questioned if you were cut out for this, or the failures that made you want to walk away.

But you didn't.

Every doubt was a hurdle you leaped over. Every failure was just a lesson that made you a more compassionate, resilient healer. Today, those silent battles turn into a loud, hard-earned victory.

As you step out of the halls of academia and into clinics, farms, research labs, and communities, remember the passion that started this journey. You are the voice for the voiceless, the comfort in someone's darkest hour, and the guardians of animal health and welfare.
