Some days are harder than others, especially with the way things are going right now. But please, don’t give up.

If all you can do today is take one step, take it. Your current stru.ggle is not the end of your story.

May God strengthen every tired heart, provide for every family, open doors where there seem to be none, and give us the grace to keep going.
Better days will come. Keep holding on.

YOU CAN HAVE HIGH CHOLESTEROL AND FEEL COMPLETELY fine🙂

Cholesterol is a fatty substance your body actually needs, but when there’s too much of certain types in your blood, it can build up inside your bl00d vessels and increase your r!sk of heart pr0blems.

Eating too much saturated/trans fat, being overweight, smoking, and not getting enough physical activity can raise your cholesterol. Genetics can also play a role.

Hear the good news 👉You can help lower it by eating more vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy fats, staying active, maintaining a healthy weight, and following your doctor’s advice if medication is needed.

After reading this, would go for a check up?

WAIT! 9 YEARS OLD CAN BE PROTECTED FROM CERVICAL CANCER—BUT NOT WITH SCREENING! 👀
Here’s the difference many people don’t know 👀👀🤷‍♀️

Cervical cancer is mainly c@used by persistent infection with high-r!sk types of HPV

Girls and boys can receive the HPV vaccine from around 9–14 years, ideally before exposure to HPV and dependingon the country's immunization schedule. It helps prevent the HPV infections that c@use most cervical cancers.

The screening is different from vaccination. It is for detecting HPV-related cervical changes early, and the recommended starting age depends on the country and screening guideline.

Other factors that can increase risk include smoking, weakened immunity, persistent HPV infection, and certain sexual-health factors.

The goal is prevention, not waiting until cancer develops

Be honest before now, did you know that HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening are TWO different things? drop your comment down 👇
