About the photo, yes nakakapag gym pa ako kahit sobrang busy ng schedule ko. Yes, hindi totoo na sobrang busy ka para hindi mo na maalagaan ang katawan mo. Again, if you love what you do you will find every reason to support what you do. Kasama na jan ang pag alaga sa nag iisang katawan natin.

You can learn everything, and that includes loving the things you need to do ,at eventually you will end up doing the things that you really love to do.

Whenever you feel discomfort, that's not a sign na mali ka.
That's actually the sign na you're building something real.
Think about it, walang anything worth having na walang growth pains. Wala. Every business, every dream, every version of yourself na ina-admire mo ngayon... it went through that uncomfortable in-between phase. Yung phase na hindi ka pa sure, halos kainin ka ng duda o takot, pero you kept going regardless.
Most people ina-assume na pag uncomfortable ka, something's wrong. So they stop. Iiwanan nila yung ginagawa nila at maghahanap ng iba. They look for the easier path.
But classmeyt, the discomfort IS the path.
It means you're stretching. It means you're outgrowing the old version of you. It means you're actually doing the work na ina-avoid ng karamihan.
So don't run from it. Don't numb it. Sit with it. Build through it.
The ones who make it? Hindi sila yung walang naramdamang takot o duda. They just refused to let those feelings make the decisions for them.
