Running is only one part of marathon training.
For me, strength & conditioning and mobility are just as important as the miles. I’m working on strength, stability, mobility, and recovery so my body can adapt as the training load builds.
It’s not about doing more just for the sake of doing more. It’s about building a stronger foundation for the miles ahead.
