Narito ang bagong 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗼𝗻 na handog ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Makati para sa mga mag-aaral ng Makati—isang hakbang tungo sa mas malusog na pagkatuto at mas magaan na gastusin para sa mga pamilya.

Handog ni Mayora Ate Nancy at ng pamahalaang lungsod ang pinasarap, pinalusog, at pinabuting libreng ‘Healthy Baon’ para sa ating mga anak.

Ipapamahagi nang salitan ang Healthy Baon Sets isang beses kada linggo upang makatulong sa kalusugan ng ating mga anak at mabawasan ang gastusin sa eskwela.

Tuloy-tuloy lang po ang para sa lahat.

Ang regular na 𝗱𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 ay isang mabisang paraan upang mapanatiling malusog ang ating mga bata. Nakakatulong ito sa pag-iwas sa mga intestinal worm na maaaring makaapekto sa kanilang nutrisyon, paglaki, pagkatuto, at pangkalahatang kalusugan.

Inaanyayahan natin ang mga magulang, tagapag-alaga, at buong komunidad na basahin at ibahagi ang impormasyong ito mula sa 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. upang higit na maunawaan ang kahalagahan ng deworming at maituwid ang mga karaniwang maling paniniwala tungkol dito.

𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙖-𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙖 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙜-𝙖𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙡!

Pangalagaan ang kalusugan at kapakanan ng ating mga anak. Ngayong National Deworming Month (Hulyo 2026), makiisa tayo sa laban kontra sa bulate.

Gamitin ang gabay na ito mula sa Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of the Philippines (PIDSP) para malaman ang mga facts, sintomas, at paraan para iwasan ang sakit para sa kaligtasan ng pamilya.

The School Health and Nutrition Section conducted 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 at Hen. Pio del Pilar Elementary School - I, Hen. Pio del Pilar Elementary School - Main, San Isidro National High School, San Isidro National High School - Annex, Jose Magsaysay Elementary School, Maximo Estrella Elementary School, San Antonio Village Elementary School and F. Benitez Elementary School - III from July 21–23, 2026. This activity aims to ensure compliance with the DepEd School Canteen Policy and promote the availability of safe, nutritious, and age-appropriate food choices for learners.

𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿.

In observance of 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸, SDO-Makati through the School Health and Nutrition Section joins the nation in raising awareness about diabetes and the importance of early detection, healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.

Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases affecting Filipinos, and many individuals may have the condition without experiencing noticeable symptoms. Through increased awareness and preventive action, we can help reduce the risk of diabetes and promote healthier communities.

Meeting of School Health and Nutrition Section held on July 14, 2026 at Multi-purpose Hall, SDO-Makati

Orientation and Planning Meeting for the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 of the City of Makati held on July 14, 2026 at Multi-purpose Hall, SDO-Makati.

In celebration of the 𝟱𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, SDO-Makati joins in promoting this year's theme, "𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙩 𝙆𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣, 𝘼𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙖𝙣." Together with our dedicated School Nurses, we celebrated the importance of nutrition and taking care of the environment.
