Have you ever tried roasting sweet potatoes in the best, raw organic coconut oil? There's a reason this recipe has been a household staple for the past 5 YEARS!
Whether you need a pre-dinner snack for the kids, pre-sport snack, after school snack, an afternoon sweet treat but not sweets - this is it!
🍠 BENEFITS:

🍠RECIPE:
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Peel and chop Sweet Potatoes
3. Scoop out 1 TBSP of Dignity Made Raw, Organic Coconut Oil and coat sweet potatoes evenly
*Tip: If your coconut oil is solid, scoop it out and pour over potatoes, then put your baking dish in the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the coconut oil down to liquid. Then take it out of the oven to stir and coat evenly.
4. Once all potatoes are coated with oil, sprinkle with salt and stir again.
5. Place back in the oven to cook for at least 20 minutes.
