54 YEARS YOUNG AND STILL GETTING STRONGER! 💪🔥
Meet Tita Anne, our very own Prime Ape Mom and proof that age is just a number when it comes to pushing your limits!
From 2:05:47 to 1:48:50 — that’s a 16-minute, 57-second improvement! 🏁
Her HYROX journey is a reminder that progress isn’t about where you start, but how far you’re willing to push yourself.
Thinking of trying HYROX?
You don’t have to be an athlete to start. Beginners are always welcome at Prime Ape Club!
📩 Send us a message and start your HYROX journey with us!
