So don't give up! Kapit lang!

Understand this!
When you finally decide to fight again, stand again a (comeback), never ever go back to the things that broke you. 💪

I'm a lab. professional who explains health, while also talking about real life, healing, struggles, habits and lessons. I'm just like you still figuring out about life. 😉

It's amazing how many people just die not knowing they're potential because they overthink the outcome might not work, over analyse things that didn't happen. there's a word for that and it's ANALYSIS PARALYSIS

Labo no?

Always believe that whatever happens in your life.
It's for greater purpose.
Wake up tomorrow graceful. 🙏🙏🙏

Dami Kong narealise, ikaw kaya? Anong narealise mo?

I don't want to lead but the frequency of the universe always point me to the path of leadership. Who am I to refuse?😭 Again it's gonna be hard so come what may.
