Hello, Kabataan ng Barangay Mandaragat!

The wait is finally over! ✨ Mutya ng Mandaragat 2026 is officially coming soon!

If you are interested in joining this year's pageant, please coordinate with your respective Purok President to sign up. Each purok may endorse 2 to 3 aspiring candidates.

Please note that signing up does not automatically qualify you as an official candidate. All aspiring participants will undergo a screening process, where the official candidates for Mutya ng Mandaragat 2026 will be selected.

Qualifications:
• Must be a resident of Barangay Mandaragat.
• Must be 18 to 25 years old (applicants aged 17 and below are not eligible).
• Must have a meaningful advocacy that they are passionate about.

The screening schedule will be announced soon. Kindly expect that the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials will visit your respective puroks to gather the names of interested participants.

We encourage all qualified young women to take this opportunity to represent not only their beauty but also their purpose, confidence, and commitment to serving the community.
