Being liked by everyone is impossible. Even the best intentions can be misunderstood. What matters most is staying fair, consistent, and committed to doing what is right.
When you choose to lead, you will face different opinions, expectations, and disagreements. Not everyone will understand your vision, agree with your choices, or appreciate the direction you take.
Great leaders listen to feedback, respect different perspectives, and remain open to learning. But they also understand that avoiding difficult choices just to keep everyone comfortable can prevent progress.
