Ice pick and boxcar scars are two of the toughest to treat. Both run deep, just in different shapes. Ice pick scars are narrow and pointed, while boxcar scars have sharper, more defined edges.
Punch excision works on both. Instead of treating the surface, it removes the scarred tissue directly, giving skin a cleaner base to heal from.
