"December 2012, I was diagnosed with ITP (Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura). It usually happens when your immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys platelets and wala siyang cure. Sabi nila out of 10,000 na bata isa lang ang nagkakaroon. 😞
Nag-positive din ako sa Lupus and na-Bone Marrow at age of 12. Dahil walang cure, never nag-normal ang blood counts ko laging 80 and below lang na prone sa bleeding. Dumating sa point na every day, every week ako for injection and bigla-bigla nagne-negative ang platelets ko. 😢 Bawal ako magkasipon, ubo, lalo na lagnat kasi meaning bagsak na naman immune ko. Nag-red dots katawan ko and bawal ako maarawan.
May 2022 nung nakilala ko si barley. After taking 1 sachet, I decided na itigil lahat ng medicines ko, even yung injections. Nagalit pa si mama kasi nag-aalala siya sa'kin at sayang daw yung stocks ko pang-turok, Mahal daw. And August 2022 nung tinuloy-tuloy ko ang pagti-take. 😊
