"lBREAKING NEWS: The Supreme Court of the Philippines reversed the Commission of Elections Resolution cancelling the Certificate of Candidacy of Atty. Errol Comafay Jr. during its first regular session on January 14, 2026. Comafay earned majority of the votes and was elected as number 1 councilor in Tabuk City during the May 2025 elections but was not proclaimed due to the decision of the Comelec to cancel his COC."
