Advisory: Davao Light On Mindanao’s Power Situation

Davao Light is closely monitoring the Mindanao power supply situation following the Red Alert advisory issued by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on September 3 due to tight supply conditions in the grid.

The tight supply is due to the unavailability of some generating units while electricity demand remains high. Davao Light has activated measures to help minimize the impact on customers and manage the available supply. However, power interruptions may still be experienced as part of efforts to manage the situation. The need for such measures may lessen if supply conditions improve or demand remains manageable.

Davao Light continues to closely monitor the situation and will issue advisories should power interruptions become necessary. Customers are encouraged to check Davao Light’s official communication channels for the latest updates.

Customers are also encouraged to use electricity wisely, especially during peak hours, to help manage demand during this period of tight supply.

Davao Light appreciates everyone's cooperation and understanding.

Sometimes, having everything you need doesn’t mean having everything you want. It means having God, and trusting that He is enough. 🤍🙏🏻

The knee is a complex joint made up of multiple anatomical layers that work together to provide movement, stability, and support. From the outer skin and subcutaneous fat to the superficial and deep fascia, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joint capsule, articular cartilage, and underlying bones, each layer has an important function. The muscles and tendons help move the knee, while the ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL provide stability. The articular cartilage allows smooth movement between the femur and tibia, while the bones provide structural support. This detailed 3D illustration shows the layers of knee anatomy from superficial to deep, helping visualize the complex structures that make up the knee joint.

Sometimes people will misunderstand you, question your heart, or judge your intentions without knowing the whole story. But God knows what others cannot see—your heart, your motives, your struggles, and the sincerity behind your actions.

So don’t exhaust yourself trying to prove who you are. If your heart is right before God, let Him be your peace. You don’t need everyone’s approval when you already have God’s understanding. 🤍

“For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7 ✍🏻

Abigail’s story reminds us that the people around us do not have to determine the person we become.

She was married to a foolish man, yet she chose wisdom. She was surrounded by poor character, yet she guarded her own. When conflict came, she responded with courage, humility, and discernment.

You may not be able to control someone else’s choices, attitude, or character—but you can choose how you respond.

Don’t let someone else’s foolishness make you foolish. Let God shape your character, even when the people around you don’t. 🤍🙏🏻
