FLAG RAISING CEREMONY JULY 27, 2026

Strengthening our commitment to maternal and child health through continuous learning. 🩺🤱 Our healthcare professionals participated in the Lactation Management Training, headed by Dr. Rhoel Vincent Hatague and the hospital’s focal person Mrs. Jenifer Doroy, to enhance their knowledge and skills in promoting, protecting, and supporting breastfeeding. Together, we empower mothers to give their babies the best possible start in life.

On this 3rd Thursday of the month, our hospital proudly wears blue in solidarity with the observance of National Anti-Trafficking in Persons Awareness Month (NATAM) and the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons (WDATIP).

Blue is the universal color of the fight against human trafficking. It symbolizes freedom, hope, and solidarity with survivors, while reminding us of our shared responsibility to prevent exploitation and protect the rights and dignity of every person.
Together, we stand united in raising awareness, promoting vigilance, and strengthening our collective commitment to end human trafficking and protect the dignity and rights of every individual.

AMOSDH Flag Raising Ceremony July 13, 2026

This afternoon, a quick review on Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and proper wound dressing techniques was conducted by Dr. Rhoel Vincent Hatague, providing healthcare personnel with a valuable refresher on essential infection prevention practices and proper wound management.

This was followed by review on the Chain of Infection, proper handwashing technique with a return demonstration by the participants, and the World Health Organization’s Five Moments for Hand Hygiene. The session was facilitated by Ma’am Cherry Mae Hatague, who emphasized the importance of hand hygiene in preventing healthcare-associated infections and ensuring patient safety. The return demonstration allowed participants to apply the correct handwashing technique, reinforcing their knowledge and commitment to effective infection prevention and control practices.
