Thank you so much for your continued trust and support. We truly appreciate every booking and the opportunity to be part of your special moments.

We would like to inform everyone that starting today, an additional fee will apply for early call times. A minimum transportation fee will also be charged regardless of location, even if the venue is nearby. In addition, parking fees, toll fees, and any other transportation-related charges will be shouldered by the client.

For our walk-in or studio clients, our service rates remain the same as home service. Although travel is no longer required, we still prepare a complete professional setup, use our own equipment, and cover electricity and other operating expenses to ensure you receive the same quality experience.

We also want to share what goes into every service we provide. We only use branded makeup products, and many of these are consumable and replenished after every client. We come with a complete professional setup, and all tools are properly sanitized, while disposable items are used once only to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

When you book with us, you’re not only paying for the makeup application. You’re also investing in years of experience, continuous learning, professional-grade products, proper sanitation, the time we dedicate to you, and the passion we put into making you look and feel your best.

If you have a specific budget or preferred setup, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re always happy to discuss options whenever possible. We simply ask for your understanding that our rates are carefully set to reflect the quality of our products, service, and the overall experience we provide. We hope any requests or negotiations remain fair and reasonable for both of us.
