Pressure Cook untill Meat is Tender
2 Packs Premix Masala
Soak The Lentils Mixture in Water
Whisk Untill
Lump Free And Set Aside For 1 Hour
Strain The Meat
Shread The Beef
( You Can do it with fork )
Add Shredded Meat in the Yakhni
Add Lentils Mixture
with additional Half Litre
Water
Mix And Simmer
with Continuous Stirring
For 1 Hour Untill Thicken
Serve With
Fried Onion

1 Kg Mix Mutton
1 Medium Onion for gravy ( optional )

Pressure Cook untill Meat Tenderize

Half Kg Bones

1.5 litre Water
10 to 12 Black pepper Corns
5 to 6 Cloves
2 to 3 Black Cardamom
1 inch piece Mace
2 Staranise
1 Tablespoon Coriandar Powder
2 Tablespoons Salt
Pressure Cook untill
Meat gets tender
FOR COOKING ;
1 cup oil
1 Medium Onion (fry untill brown)
Add Cooked Meat
And Fry untill GoldenSalt To Taste
1 Tablespoon Coriandar Powder
1 Tablespoon Black pepper powder
2 Teaspoons Cumin seeds
2 Tablespoons Garam Masala powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Fry With Spices
Then Add
3 cups or 750 g Soaked
Sella Rice Strain and pour
Yakhni Water Should be 1.5 inches
above the rice level
FOR Toping
1/2 cup oil
Sliced Carrots
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon white sugar
1 Cup soaked Black Raisins
