TKA or Total Knee replacement (T K R) is a common orthopedic surgery that involves replacing the articular surface (Femoral condyles of tibial plateau) of the knee joint with smooth metal & highly cross linked polyethene plastic.
76 years old patient having Total knee replacement done
Day 1 post -op Full weight bearing with zeemar frame on even surface & full range of motion at knee joint.
