Hi! I’m Cheryl, originally from Puerto Rico,
and I’ve been a licensed hairstylist for over 22 years.
For more than 15 years, I owned and operated my own successful salon business, where I built lasting relationships with my clients and specialized in healthy, beautiful hair transformations.
Throughout my career, I’ve been certified by Redken, Goldwell, and professionally trained in makeup at Make Up For Ever Academy in New York City.
I’ve also had the opportunity to work behind the scenes on fashion shows, editorial projects, and television commercials, experiences that allowed me to refine my creativity while maintaining the highest professional standards.

One of the greatest highlights of my career was educating fellow stylists in Puerto Rico on professional keratin, amino acid, and reconstructive hair treatments. For five years, I distributed a professional treatment line and trained beauty professionals on how to restore and maintain healthy hair.
My philosophy is simple: beautiful hair begins with healthy hair. Every color, cut, or treatment I perform is designed to protect the integrity of the hair while creating a look that enhances each client’s unique beauty and lifestyle.
What I love most about being a hairstylist isn’t just transforming hair, it’s seeing the confidence that comes with it. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone leave my chair feeling like the best version of themselves.
In 2025, I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, to pursue another dream: returning to school to study science while continuing to work behind the chair doing what I love. Today, I’m a full-time college student and a licensed hairstylist in Colorado.

✨ Every head of hair has a different underlying pigment. Some naturally reveal more red and orange tones, while others lift with softer yellow or golden undertones. The darker the hair, the more underlying warmth tends to appear during the lightening process.

For this color correction, we were working with previously colored hair that had darker areas, red bands, and warmer orange sections. To achieve a more neutral, cooler result, we first had to remove unwanted artificial pigment and then formulate strategically for each zone of the hair. Color correction is rarely a one-step process—it requires patience, knowledge, and customization.

As always, healthy hair comes first. Shine, softness, and movement are signs of a healthy canvas, and preserving the integrity of the hair is just as important as achieving the perfect color.
