Because in the end, the best weddings aren’t the ones that looked perfect.

They’re the ones that felt like yours.

A portrait can be soft and strong at the same time.

A little mystery.
A little elegance.
Light falling in the right place.
And just enough imperfection to make it feel alive.

Sometimes, that is all an image needs.

Most couples tell us they’re not comfortable in front of a camera.

Good. You don’t need to be.

The smiles we’re looking for are the ones you don’t even realize are happening.

There’s no right way to hold the person you love.

Look at each other. Look away. Close your eyes. Forget about us.

Wine being poured. Conversations crossing the table. Hats passed around. Laughter getting louder as the hours went by.

good people, a beautiful place, and enough time to forget about time.

A story that began long before the wedding day.

There are no rehearsals.

No second takes.

Only this day.

A wedding was never meant to impress a lens.

For the glances.

The promises.

The quiet moments.

The life you’ll begin together.

The ones you could never plan.

The kind that happens when no one is thinking about the camera.

Sometimes, it says everything words never could.

The most honest moments are usually theirs.

The kind you’ll laugh about for years.

The few seconds when the world fades away…

…and it’s just the two of you.

Not the poses.

Not the trends.

Not the perfect photographs.

Don’t pause a hug.
Don’t pause a kiss.

And those are the photographs you’ll treasure for the rest of your life.

Alessia and Diogo’s wedding felt like a fairytale told in two languages: Portuguese and Italian.

We always say that a little part of our hearts belongs to Italy. We love the country, the language, the food, the landscapes… and especially the people. Alessia was everything we love about Italians. She has the kindest heart, and from our very first conversation, she made us feel so welcome. It was impossible not to adore her.

And then there’s Diogo, always smiling, always happy. Together, they started this new chapter with the beautiful certainty of having found the person who feels like home.

It was such a joy to be part of this day and to document so many beautiful moments for them. We are truly grateful for the trust they placed in us.

We started the afternoon with a blank page.

No plan. No certainty. Just a quiet feeling that maybe inspiration wouldn’t show up that day.

But then we started moving things around. Styling. Talking. Adjusting. Photographing.

And somehow, little by little, every piece found its place. Like a puzzle that didn’t make sense until suddenly… it did. Everything started to flow as if it had always been meant to.

Creating has become one of our goals this year. Not chasing perfection. Not forcing ideas. Just making space for them to happen.

This was our third creative exercise, and each one reminds us why we fell in love with photography in the first place.

We couldn’t be happier, and we already can’t wait for the next one.
