Solfeggio Madeira

My First Sound Healing Session with Solfeggio Frequencies at a Yoga Retreat 😇

Having the opportunity to facilitate a sound healing session with my Solfeggio vibraphone at a yoga retreat in Madeira was a truly memorable experience for me.

The retreat took place at the beautiful Quinta O Refúgio in São Vicente, in the northern part of the island, and I had the honor of kicking it off, helping participants calm down, slow down, and prepare their bodies and minds for an intensive three-day program featuring yoga, nature hikes, vegetarian cooking, and biodanza. 🌱🎵🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️💃🥘

And I think it was a success! The evening itself was wonderful—calm, warm, with fresh air and the sounds of a small levada in the background. Plus, the organizers had beautifully prepared the space for the sound bath. All you had to do was lie down and surrender to nature and the deeply transformative Solfeggio frequencies, which were used to help heal the body, mind, and soul in the Middle Ages. The participants’ feedback on the bath was wonderful; many experienced it very intensely and mentioned improved fluid circulation in their bodies. I’m very grateful for that. 🙏

📖 Meet the Tones of the Solfeggio Vibraphone 7️⃣

The fifth Solfeggio frequency is 741 Hz. When you add its digits together (7 + 4 + 1), you get the number 3.

This frequency is associated with problem-solving, especially challenges connected to expressing yourself openly and confidently. It encourages you to let go of emotional blocks and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from speaking your truth.

741 Hz supports the body's cleansing processes and helps release influences that interfere with clear, honest and authentic self-expression.

Working with this frequency is associated with cleansing the throat chakra and nurturing healthier relationships with yourself and others. 💙

Unique Sound Healing Experience in Madeira 🌿🎶

Whether you're visiting Madeira on holiday, staying at a wellness retreat, or looking for a unique experience for your hotel guests, a Solfeggio Music Bath offers an immersive sound experience with a rare, specially tuned vibraphone.

But are Solfeggio frequencies more than just a New Age trend? 🔬

The creator of this unique instrument explored this question in an experiment involving eight participants, observing their blood samples under a microscope before and after a Solfeggio sound session. 🩸

What happened to the blood?

To explore the effects of the frequencies, the creator compared blood samples collected before and after the session. The same sample taken before the session was examined under a microscope both before and after the playing, while a fresh sample was collected from each participant once the session had ended.

According to the experiment's author, the blood samples collected before the session showed visible changes in some cases when examined again afterwards. The fresh samples collected after the session, however, showed a more noticeable response, with visible changes in the way red blood cells clustered together.

✨ Experience the sound for yourself

My rare, specially tuned Solfeggio vibraphone brings nine Solfeggio frequencies to life in an immersive sound experience.

🌸 High-Vibration Alchemical Perfumes

We use absolutely amazing alchemical perfumes during the Music Baths to enhance and ground the experience of the Solfeggio tones and to strengthen the intention of the session.

Many of you have been asking me if you can take them home with you, and I'm so excited to finally say: "Yes, you can!" 🤩

The alchemical perfumes are high-vibrational fragrances created from original formulations using a unique materialisation technique.

Each essence has its own character, qualities and message, and can become a
personal companion for meditation, intention-setting and your own inner
journey.

As their creator, whose mission is to craft alchemical essences, says:
“Try these alchemical fragrances; if you allow yourself to do so and work with
them correctly, their potential can change your life.”

Currently available:

📖Meet the tones of the Solfeggio vibraphone 6

The fourth Solfeggio frequency vibrates at 639 Hz and corresponds to the note F. When the digits are added together, the sum is 18, which reduces to 9. It is known as the frequency of compassion, harmonious relationships, understanding, mutual respect and tolerance. 💚

The heart chakra is located in the centre of the chest and governs the physical and emotional aspects of the heart, as well as your ability to express compassion and affection for yourself and those around you. It is associated with the colour green. 🌿

When the heart chakra is out of balance, this may manifest as physical issues, such as heart problems, difficulties with weight management or breathing problems like asthma. On an emotional and psychological level, blockages in this chakra may make it harder to express your love for yourself and others, build meaningful connections or maintain harmonious relationships. These difficulties can affect your overall wellbeing, but the 639 Hz Solfeggio frequency is traditionally associated with restoring balance to the heart chakra and encouraging greater harmony in relationships. ✨

The 639 Hz frequency invites us to open our hearts, cultivate compassion and deepen our understanding of others. It reminds us that healthy relationships begin with the relationship we have with ourselves. 💞

What about you and your relationships? How are things going in the realm of love? Do share your thoughts with me in the comments. 💚
